Returns & Cancellations

All subscription purchases are final sale.
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on subscription boxes or pre-paid subscription terms, except where required by law.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay for the full length of the chosen subscription term (for example, 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plans).
Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals only; it does not cancel or refund the remaining boxes in your current term.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at meow@purrpack.co if:

  • An item is defective or damaged, or

  • You receive the wrong item

We may request photos or additional information so we can evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, replace the item or otherwise make it right in line with our policies and applicable law.


Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products and subscription model, we do not accept returns of any items, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (such as treats or food)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Personal care items

  • Sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards

This is in addition to any other limitations permitted by applicable law.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Pets not liking certain items

  • Remaining boxes in a pre-paid subscription term

If we determine, at our discretion or as required by law, that a refund is appropriate (for example, for a damaged or incorrect item we cannot replace), we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method. Please note it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If those laws give you additional rights (such as mandatory cooling-off or cancellation periods in certain regions), those rights will apply.
